Executive chef position – Caribbean Small Island resort.
We are looking for a chef with strong Managerial Skills, Hands on, able to train the Team, strong in creation of Menus / Overseas Orders and used to live on Remote Island ( means work alcoholic), ready for a big Challenge.
It is a single Position available immediately

Excellent Managerial skills
Diverse Cuisine Knowledge
Use of the local products

Overseas Orders
Respect the Covid19 Protocols and Hygiene / Health & Safety Procedures
Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills are requested
2 Cuisines + 1 Canteen ( max 100 Guests & 90 Staff Canteen)
He / Her need to bring the Wahoo Factor in all the plates…lift up all the standards, train the team and build a brand new team
The Executive Chef will be part of the Recruitment of his team
The position is available immediately
Single and used to work on Remote Islands
Minimum of 5 Years in the same Position
Salary US$3500 to US$4000 Net by Month for the right person depending on Experience
Accommodation on site + F&B
