Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks full-time Executive Chef to oversee the culinary team in preparation, and production of meals for patients, Employee Dining Room and special Catering Events by ensuring that the standards of safety, quality and performance are maintained. In collaboration with the Front of the House manager and the Culinary Dietitian, the Executive Chef creates inspiring and nutritionally balanced meals for all of our customers. We pride ourselves in buying local organic when possible, including root to stem and scratch cooking. 

Requires: 5 years’ work experience with comparable training in the culinary field, which provides management and technical skills to perform the job tasks competently, computer skills, current ServSafe, and Associate’s degree in related field.
