Position: Creative Designer

Major Responsibilities

·        Design and deliver all branding and marketing collateral: digital, print, and other mediums as required, in line with brand guidelines.
·        Shoot and edit content (video and photo) in line with the marketing campaigns, sales, social media calendars and specific venue requests.
·        Become a specialist in localizing content based on specific insights: audience, venue, maturity stage, and channel.
·        Capture B-rolls of all ongoing local activations: events, special activations, to be used effectively in campaigns.
·        Work will include 2D motion graphics and animation.
·        Ensure all content production is delivered on time, with an emphasis on quality control and adherence to the brand
·        Researching and implementing current design trends and constantly improving content quality.
Requirements
·        English Speaker
·        Great photography and videography skills.
·        Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
·        Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
·        Knowledge in 3D Programs (Sketchup, 3D max, etc.) is a plus.
·        Knowledge of creative best practices of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
·        Photo manipulation of digital images (resizes, crop, add/remove objects, colour correction and filters).
·        Thorough understanding of corporate branding.
·        Must have strong colour, design, layout, and overall aesthetic skills.
·        Capable of developing and adapting concepts across multiple delivery channels.
·        Strong conceptual and technical graphic design abilities.
·        Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
·        Highly motivated, responsible and result oriented.
·        Organized, reliable and detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks.
·        Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Experience
·        3+ years of work experience in a similar industry.
