Responsibilities:
Guide teams to self-organize, self-manage, and self-deliver
Manage sprint cycles and projects
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies like standups, demos, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, burndown tracking and other meetings
Aligns teams with velocity and ensure team meets its sprint and release cadence
Help identify impediments, owners and dependencies. Follow up and escalate as necessary.
Coaches team to get better at agile delivery, communications and follow-ups
Coordinate and communicate with partner teams constantly
Help increase visibility of work being done among leadership and cross functional teams
Work with Business and IT partners to coordinate, publish, notify and manage releases
Key qualifications:
3+ years experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in working with high-performance technology teams
Ability to adjust to change and challenge assumptions
Expert with JIRA, workflows and tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven expertise in delivery using Agile – from a sprint to a project level
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery
Comfortable with working in a distributed team, with remote leadership

SAFe Exposure and knowledge

Looking for a Junior Electronics Engineer (or fresher) for an urgent short term project in Gangtok. Should have a good understanding of Circuits, Electronic components and has worked hands-on circuits. Preferably in Arduino, C/C++, STM32, PIC32. Also candidates should have worked with circuit design software Fritzing.
First project is short term and extremely urgent and should be easy for a good hands-on engineer. It involves fresh etching, soldering and testing circuit boards. Fully equipped electronics lab with supplies will be provided. The possibility of extending the project longer depends on the capability and quality of the work done in the first project.
Will be paid at comfortable hourly rates of minimum equivalent of US$10/hour.
