We're looking to hire a Customer Service Officer

The Customer Service Officer attracts potential customers by answering information and/or questions; suggesting information about Al Qana and its promotions, events, destinations, etc. and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is for the iconic Al Qana entertainment destination in Abu Dhabi, and candidates that are currently residing in the UAE with current or past experience in customer services at Entertainment Parks, Amusement Parks and within the Hospitality Sector will be preferred.

Noon is hiring for Head of Warranty Aftersales Operation, in UAE. With the responsibility for optimizing our Aftersales operations, this is a hugely exciting time to be joining the Noon business.

The senior manager is responsible for running warranty and installation operations in UAE. This person will overview end-to-end supply chain operations as well as call center operations. This person will own PnL and is responsible for creating a strategy to improve customer experience in Aftersales operations.

Provide innovation in developing long-term strategies to ensure that the Noon Aftersales operating model is flexible and agile to meet future customer demands.

Responsible for setting operational goals and metrics across all regions, whilst working with the senior leadership team, to regularly review performance levels to continuously improve strategies to make both long-term and tactical business decisions.

Manage and drive the manpower demand plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve year on year improvements within its operating plan

Implement change and/or develop new processes as required to provide the ability to better service Noon customers, reducing cost whilst looking to serve and improve contribution
