Senior Procurement Engineer - MEP

Requirement:
• Must have worked with a Construction Company
• Min 8-10 years of experience in MEP procurement in UAE/ GCC
• Must have 8+ years of experience in UAE/GCC
• Project Procurement of all MEP-related procurement
• Receiving & reviewing RFP received from requesting department.
• Floating RFP to potential vendors in the market who have the capacity and capability to deliver the project.
• Maintain tender issuance tracker/Follow up with bidders to get the tender returns on time.
• Techno – Commercial Evaluation of received bids/quotes technically against the requirement of the user department and work as the nodal point for RFI’s between the user department & vendor. Must be updated with the latest market pricing for MEP-related material and services.
• Preparing techno-commercial evaluation.
• Negotiating with vendors.
• Preparing purchase orders/work Contracts in SAP
• Recommendation & award of contract
• Preparing contracts and ensuring all contractual terms (commercial/technical & legal) are incorporated
• Contract Management & tendering
• Preparing & forwarding weekly MIS report to AVP-procurement
• Sourcing new potential vendors through proper vendor selection/prequalification process

Biomedical Engineer
DUBIMED is currently looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our team for the installation and maintenance of medical equipment. Must have demonstrated professional
experience.
Key Responsibilities
·Perform medical aesthetic procedures according to our established clinical policies and protocol;
·Responsible for procurement and installation of all the Biomedical equipment
·Prepares preventive maintenance service, calibration, and repair of the medical
equipment,
·Provides and maintain technical documentation of medical equipment
·Updating the inventory of all the machines installed
·Assists end-users in technical problems with medical equipment.
·Responsible and accountable for the overall operation of the Biomedical Engineering Department
Qualifications:
·BS Biomedical Engineering
·Minimum of 2 years experience in an aesthetics field
·Must have a background in working with Aesthetic Medical equipment
·Detailed-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume
·work environment
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Drive to learn and grow
