• Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the GM’s office to meet the daily needs of the operation, in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures
• Preparation and distribution of various communications, both written and verbal, on behalf of the GM, as well as others, primarily the Owners, by whatever means appropriate, and which may require, stenography, transcription, typing, email, mailings, etc
