Job Openings at Ibn Ajayan Projects Real Estate Qatar

Ibn Ajayan Projects Real Estate is seeking talented individuals for the following positions. Please note that we are only considering applications from candidates currently available in Qatar. Sponsorship transfer (NOC) is mandatory.

Ibn Ajayan Projects Real Estate Qatar Open Positions:

1. MEP Engineer

   • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university
   • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Qatar/GCC in the facility management industry
   • Expertise in HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
   • Candidates with UPDA/Civil defense license and knowledge of the CAFM system will be preferred.
   • 
     

2. FA/FF Engineer

   • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university
   • 8 to 12 years’ experience overall, with minimum 5 to 6 years in the facility management industry in Qatar/GCC
   • Candidates must have UPDA/Civil defense (Grade B) license and PMI certification.
   • 
     

3. Procurement Officer

   • Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) from a recognized university
   • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience overall, with at least 5 years in procurement in facility management or construction industry in Qatar.
   • 
     

4. Soft Service Engineer

   • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university
   • 8 to 10 years’ experience overall, with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position in Qatar.
   • 
     

5. Engineer Gas & Elevator

   • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering
   • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience, with expertise in the field of LPG systems, elevators, and facilities/hospitality maintenance industry.
   • 
     

6. HSE Engineer

   • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university
   • 5 to 7 years of experience overall, with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Qatar/GCC
   • Must be certified in NEBOSH, IOSH & OSHA, First Aid level 3, Fire Fighting, and other relevant safety certifications.
