Urgent Requirement: Arabic Desktop Support Engineer (Abu Dhabi)
Knowledge of Laptops & desktops & mobile device configuration.
Roaming Profiles & local Profiles configuration awareness
Experience in Active Directory and Exchange
Workstation troubleshooting experience eg: BSOD Errors, connectivity issues, AV.
Imaging – Experience with imaging tools and endpoints imaging.
Basic Troubleshooting on Network-related issues for End-user machines.
Knowledge of ITSM tools, Preferably BMC.
Good communications skills.
VIP End-users handling skills.
Basic knowledge of IP Telephony.
ITIL Knowledge, Certificates is a plus
MCSE, CCNA Certificates is a plus
